Falling asleep can be tough on a good day, add anxiety to that and it’s near impossible. This podcast ticks all the boxes for me, it’s relaxing, interesting enough to grab my wandering mind but low stakes enough for me drift off to sleep. Adding it to my regular rotation!
I’ve used different sleep apps and music for years to fall asleep and after listening to Julie’s soothing and soft tone reading menu after menu I found myself so relaxed.
I can’t say at what point I even fell asleep but I will definitely be listening to this every night from now on.
