Great podcast. I’m fortunate enough to have worked with Karl for the last few years. The podcasts are really useful bite sized chunks to help between sessions. Full of helpful advice and useful techniques. A voice of support with what can be a lonely condition.

  • Thank you

I have been suffering from pelvic pain for 17 years. At the end of 2022 it was finally diagnosed as CPPS, after endless courses of antibiotics for prostatitis, which in turn have destroyed my stomach. This podcast has been extremely helpful in finding out about CPPS and has had me in tears on more than one occasion. It is so important to know that I’m not alone in my struggles and that I can recover. The tips on how to endure flare ups has been priceless. Thank you

I’m so glad i stumbled upon this Podcast, I’ve been suffering with CPPS for nearly 20 years now and listening to the podcast has given me so much information about how to deal with CPPS but also hope that I can recover from it. At the moment I’m in a 5 week flare up and I am at the end of my tether with it, your podcast has gave me hope that there may be light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you so much
