转眼间,PB计划第八季就到了完结的时候。
在结营的班会上,教练们总结了本季大家的训练情况,
可以说是收获颇丰,很多学员都跑完了目标赛事,且达到了目标成绩。
当然还有不少同学的目标赛事还没有到来,仍在备赛阶段,
我们的教练也会一直跟进下去,为大家的比赛护航。
当然还有大家喜闻乐见的比赛分享环节,
无论是马拉松,还是越野跑,只要科学训练、认真准备,总是会有一个满意的结果。

刚过去的一个周末,又有不少学员参加了比赛,有些可以说是"毕业"了。所以本周的班会以大家的分享为主。
分享的意义就在于总结自己的经验教训,以便帮助未来的自己和别人。
