这一季正好赶上冬训，而本季是PB计划有史以来规模最大的一次冬训训练营。
首期班会的一开始，两位教练就和大家嘱咐了冬训相关的注意事项。
本季一个最大的变化就是我们邀请到了美国注册营养师、美国跑路协会认证教练 @Julie，作为训练营的营养师，来和大家运动营养相关的话题。
节目当中我们大致梳理了关于营养部分将要涉及的部分，以及回答了大家关于营养的一些问题。
当然还有和训练本身相关的很多问题，两位教练也是作了相应的回答。

转眼间，PB计划第八季就到了完结的时候。
在结营的班会上，教练们总结了本季大家的训练情况，
可以说是收获颇丰，很多学员都跑完了目标赛事，且达到了目标成绩。
当然还有不少同学的目标赛事还没有到来，仍在备赛阶段，
我们的教练也会一直跟进下去，为大家的比赛护航。

无论是马拉松，还是越野跑，只要科学训练、认真准备，总是会有一个满意的结果。
