I literally googled Christian based food addiction counseling and found Hannah. What a God wink for timely wisdom straight from scripture! Not sure where Hannah was raised, but the Southern voice tells me that she is my sister from another mister! Thanks Hannah for allowing the Lord to use you as balm for the soul. 🩷
This podcast is spot on. There is a spiritual aspect to binge eating and the lack of “control.” There is also more science behind it and knowing and combining both, faith and science, has been so helpful in my life. I turn to this podcast if I’m craving a binge session.
Such a wonderful and encouraging listen on our journey towards leaning more on our Father when overwhelm happens rather than turning to food. Hannah is an inspiration!
Busy moms and stress eating often go hand in hand! But they don’t have to! Hannah gives some great encouragement and support for the battles that may surround moms in their journey. Thanks for being transparent and for sharing from your heart. 💕
