  • Real talk for real life!

I literally googled Christian based food addiction counseling and found Hannah. What a God wink for timely wisdom straight from scripture! Not sure where Hannah was raised, but the Southern voice tells me that she is my sister from another mister! Thanks Hannah for allowing the Lord to use you as balm for the soul. 🩷

  • Spot on

This podcast is spot on. There is a spiritual aspect to binge eating and the lack of “control.” There is also more science behind it and knowing and combining both, faith and science, has been so helpful in my life. I turn to this podcast if I’m craving a binge session.
