Mind preceda everything, the Buddha said. This is what I enjoy listening, but far beyond helps my day to day walk on the path to Inner Papa and Self Transformation. I’m very grateful to Pariyatti, for all the work involved so we can access this precious jewels to keep walking the Path. May all beings be happy, peaceful, free from hostility me distress.
Vipassana and Pariyatti, is free from any religion, although follows Buddha's teachings. It teaches, how we can experience ourselves, not just accepting anyone's theory.
