This podcast is full of great guests and topics to keep you hooked. I personally gravitate towards the shows on parenting, but I find that all the shows I've listened to have been thought-provoking or inspirational, sometimes both. Also, Dr. Dan asked the questions you wish you could ask if you were sitting with the guests. I'm happy I found it.
Every episode has a solid takeaway and lesson if you are open to hearing. In a world full of uncertainty, Dr Dan provides a space of hope and optimism. Deep genuine conversations that can be potentially life changing to those who may need some guidance. I look forward to every episode.
So insightful and inspiring
I think Dr. Dan has interesting perspectives and information. I think this would be a more engaging podcast if there was less paraphrasing what he says and less layering of personal anecdotes (which doesn’t add value. Also, the personal stories are gender biased. Moms do not do ALL the parenting. This sexism annoys listeners of 2023). The patronizing dumbs down the nuggets of wisdom Dr. Dan explains. It would be more effective as a Q and A interview.
