OVERSTATED WITH STEPHEN KROPA is an improvised comedy conversation where no state is flyover. Whether they were from there or formed, each week Stephen interviews a guest about 1 of the 50 united states and then is joined by wonderfully talented improviser friends to perform a scene in that states capitol.

Overstated is very soothing and informative at the same time. The theme song rips and the guests are pretty cool, except for the one guy who did North Carolina
This show’s concept sounds simple—interviewing people from a state, then doing an improv scene set in that state—but each interview feels so cozy and comfortable (Stephen does a great job!) and the improv is always wild and hilarious. It’s also well produced and well edited and I just enjoy every episode so much.
Love Stephen Kropa! This show is a show made by Stephen Kropa! My boy!
This is s delightful podcast. I like learning about the states and the improv is very crazy so good.
