I’m enjoying this content. The Podcaster is clearly accomplished and knowledgeable. Why is it that every high achieving person I know or listen to says they have ADHD? That is so off-putting to me. Yes it is probably hard for you to pay attention and organize everything in your life. Isn’t it hard for all of us? Especially being a mom and having two kids? That doesn’t mean we all have ADHD. It is statistically not possible.
Wonderful content that is research based and does not focus on over coddling kiddos but shows you how to handle their feelings
Thank you for sooooo much helpful information. I’m a mom of two young teen girls and every single episode of your podcast is helping me become a better mom. So practical, immediately doable, an encouraging. Thank you.
