Bryce Crittenden and Caroline Land will be hosting conversations about movies, music, books, pretty much any sort of popular culture and media you can think of and likely some you’ve never thought of. One of my favourite podcasts to listen to mainly for the pop culture!! I was lucky enough to be on episode 37 (kids pop culture confession’s and I have to say, it was a lot of fun! I can’t believe that was 2019! Wow
Listened to a few of these podcasts over the past few days, and honestly what a great podcast. There are so many different topics from comics to video games to music, there is probably at least one podcast for everyone. It’s refreshing, and actually provides some great info about these things. I especially liked the ones (so far) about John Douglas and Beastie Boys vs RHCP!
Definitely recommend if you haven’t had a listen yet!
Excellent podcast with John Douglas. Accessible, informative speaker. The lecture should be a great event!
I just found out about this podcast in my latest email from EPL. As books, both physical and audio, and podcasts take up the majority of my free time (as well as time spent driving) this is right up my alley. The hosts have a natural chemistry and the banter flows nicely and without force. The content is interesting and I can already tell will keep my library hold requests near their limit. I’m excited to see what more comes from this podcast as it moves forward.
I just listened to 40 "Mindhunter" John Douglas. What a great interview but man, this guy has some stories. Now I’m just putting a hold (#51 woot!) on his book. I’ve been hooked on crime drama for awhile and this podcast was a great introduction to the man behind the Netflix series. I also see a few more subjects on the list of shows that sound intriguing: hoverboards, adulting, muppets?? So I think I’ll be listening to a few more shows for sure. So far so good
