I’ve loved this podcast! I’m only 7 episodes in and I feel such a change of how I view this bad habit. I love the way she talks about it and how she describes so simply how our mind works and processes these urges. I can’t wait to listen to every episode!
I just listened to episode 279 about Sexual Shame. I am so grateful to Sara for introducing this idea to me. Understanding this concept has been one of the largest contributions factors to the success in my journey with porn. I wish more people could hear and understand this. It’s such a game changer!
I’m only on episode 7 so far, but this podcast is incredibly helpful in understanding why I keep slipping up as well as giving invaluable tools to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
