My therapist recommended Sarah‘s podcast and I am so grateful for it. This has become a daily pick me up and away for me to meditate and focus on the right way to recover. Thank you so much Sarah for doing this! More of us out there need it!

  • A whole new light to my 12 year long addiction.

I am only on chapter 6. However, listening to how Sarah talks about overcoming this addiction has completely changed how i view it. She does mention God from time to time which i think is very important. It’s something we all need to reflect on and considering making a part of our journey. but it’s not for everyone. If you are worried about it, don’t be. Sarah teaches this in such a hopefully and inspiring way. I have tried so many things and i have never been so inspired to change my life befor... more
