  • Mentality shift

So grateful for this podcast! I have been using this during my daily drives and I’m about 60 episodes in. This has changed much of my thoughts around recovery from pornography. My therapist recommended Sarah‘s podcast and I am so grateful for it. This has become a daily pick me up and away for me to meditate and focus on the right way to recover. Thank you so much Sarah for doing this! More of us out there need it!

If you are worried about it, don’t be. Sarah teaches this in such a hopefully and inspiring way. I have tried so many things and i have never been so inspired to change my life befor... more
