The range of LDS perspectives and exploration of the problems and the opportunities of worshiping as member is gold. Thank you Kurt! There isn’t another resource like it.
I get soured when I listen to this podcast and Kurt mentions his favorite therapist. That guy is far from it. Five stars all the way across the board. The guests are wonderful, the interviews are engaging and I have enjoyed very much the information that has been shared. I’ve been listening to this podcast for several years now and have used information shared on the podcast to help me with the various callings that I have had within the Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter-Day Saints.
Keep up the good work! And thank you!!!!!

A leadership-focused show that explores practical, faith-driven guidance for church members and leaders. Episodes cover mentorship, unity, belonging, youth engagement, and how to lead with empathy, discipline, and service within a faith community. Notable threads include building sustainable programs (like YSA mentorship), navigating identity and belonging, and turning leadership theory into actionable steps for ward and stake contexts. The show often features guests with real-world leadership experience, therapy or organizational-behavior insights, and a clear emphasis on applying principles to everyday church life. A standout aspect is its willingness to tackle challenging topics—from trauma and pornography to gender dynamics and spiritua... more
