  • Highly recommend!!

I’m 46 and just starting to notice some perimenopause symptoms. It can be hard sorting through all the social media grifters trying to monetize off of perimenopause and menopause these days so this podcast has been a godsend. Funny and informative, trustworthy information and advice by experienced professionals explained in a way that is easy to understand. I’ve been telling all my friends about OvaryActive and look forward to every episode. Thank you!

  • Great content

This is a great podcast with excellent information. It debunks so many myths/fads/misinformation. I’m a physician with a lot of women going through perimenopause and menopause. I am comfortable with prescribing medications for this, but I do like to refer patients to your podcast if they’re really interested in hearing some great factual information.

  • Timid

Specifically regarding the nutrition episode, if you know what information to look for already, you can find it hidden inside of the hemming and hawing. But they are so afraid of upsetting anyone or making anyone feel bad, that it can be really easy to miss. Information that will lead to real results is not presented in a clear way, but they do make you feel better about yourself
