The sounds of nature are so uplifting and relieves the stresses of the present time. The narration is delivered in a soothing tone giving a clear description of the buildings, birds and trees that he sees on the walk. I really loved it.

I am lucky to be able to get out and walk but not everyone can and for those whose walks are more limited this is a wonderful way to vicariously enjoy an English countryside walk. The narrative includes information on the history or the area as well as the birds and trees on the way.
