This podcast brings so much tangible hope to people experiencing chronic illness. I was one of them, getting long covid in 2021, and it was recovery stories like this that flipped the script for me. They allowed me to slowly believe that healing is possible, and mind-body modalities were part of the road to recovery. Thank you Chaz for spreading this message!!!

This show has been pivotal in my healing by hearing stories over and over telling me I can heal myself. It also helped me rededicate to brain retraining in a way that fit my life without being crazy rigid.
