马年到了,新一年万马奔腾,对宠物行业来说,我个人持续看好三个细分赛道:宠物出行、人宠家居、智能玩具。宠物出行产品一定会越来越像婴童用品,安全标准更高、模块化更强、视觉设计更生活化。未来三到五年,人宠家居也会诞生一批风格化品牌,像当年家电行业从功能走向设计竞争一样。而智能玩具也许是继智能三大件之后最具潜力的第四件。
春节假期,我们一家四口带着一猫一狗,自驾三千多公里回云南过年。我们家的狗狗Lucky 会晕车,这次出行前做了准备:短途行程适应、提前断食、在高速上控制节奏,随时观察状态,一路上照顾她成了全家人的任务。相比之下,猫咪乐乐已经是第二年长途出行了,显得相当淡定,有点老司机的感觉。
几乎是每一个准备创业的人都会纠结国内太卷价格打到地板,做跨境是不是一条更轻松、更赚钱的路?我的观点可能不太讨喜,跨境不是利润更高的版本,而是另一种难度更高的生意。
宠物经济频繁出现在各地两会的议题中。从北上广深到各线城市,宠物行业不只是一个被动承接消费升级的细分市场,而是逐渐被纳入城市治理、公共服务和新型消费体系之中。宠物经济天然地和社会生活紧密相连,是一个高度公共化、社会化的系统工程,不能以单纯消费买卖关系来简单理解。从各地提案内容来看,可以清晰地看到一个趋势,从过去重点鼓励经济增长,转向规范和引导的高质量发展路径。
宠物用品的智能化和互动化是行业发展的一个大趋势,而电动宠物玩具凭借其丰富的互动趣味性和智能体验,正在迅速普及。相较于传统的静态玩具,电动宠物玩具通过运动、声音、感应等多种机制,激发宠物的天性,不仅满足了它们的玩耍欲望,还能有效减轻孤独感。按照功能和交互方式大致分为以下几类。
宠物不会说话,所以设计师更容易犯错。因为这个行业,天生就缺少直接反馈的一环。人用的产品,用户会吐槽、会退货、会写差评,你能得到相对客观的意见,但宠物不会。它们只能用行为表达和投票,但如果你没有耐心,往往会忽略。
几乎每一个想进入宠物用品行业的新人,都会问同一个问题:“现在做什么宠物用品机会最大?”这是一个方向跑偏了的问题。因为在宠物用品行业,没有哪一个单品天然有机会,你能不能把某一类产品做得更好才是关键。
