I wish I had found a resource like this years and years ago. Megs shares topics that are so practical. She really understands ADHD and how a person with it has a brain that operates differently-in a very good way.
I love to listen to this podcast as I’m trying to organize, almost like a body double! This is also a wonderful listen while driving, both to give me inspiration to get moving as soon as I get home, and to give me tips just to keep in mind for when I need them.
I often struggle because my brain wants to be both clutter-free and organized, and also messy and wild. Megs normalizes the messiness of both life and life with ADHD. Great podcast!
Listening to Megs has given me the motivation and steps that I needed to finally start getting my home organized. I have tried everything and it’s just so hard to conquer the clutter!! Thank you so much Megs and I recommend listening if you have ADHD and you need support creating the home you deserve!
Megs offers simple but life changing advice for people with brains like mine. It’s so helpful to know it’s not just me and I’m not broken, just need a different of doing daily tasks especially organizing, cleaning, and clutter. Until I listened to this podcast, I didn’t realize so many of my “quirks” were ADHD related. I thought I was just lazy and it caused so much shame. She gives information with no judgement. Great listen!!
