  • Life changing

This podcast has helped me in so many way as well as the incredible community that Louise has created. There are some episodes that I’ve listened to 10 times and I take away different things each time. Louise is an awesome host, so caring and knowledgeable and appreciate all her own vulnerabilities she shares and how she has navigated through life. This podcast is truly a blessing!

  • Truly life changing

The Openhouse podcast and the community have allowed me to express myself in ways I find difficult among friends and the therapists have helped me put meaning to why I feel the way I feel and helped me to recognise opportunities for growth in moments of heartbreak and sadness. I’m grateful to be a part of it and can’t thank Louise and the therapists enough for providing this safe space for me to communicate feelings and to help me grow as a person.

I’ve timed it, and sometimes it takes her a minute to ask a question. The rambling and self-centered focus lacks awareness and embodiment. Sometimes it sounds like a... more
