I built my career on principles that kept me focused, client-first, and committed to doing the work well. Open House is where I share the lessons, stories, and hard-earned truths from life in real estate—what I’ve learned... more

At first, I wasn’t sure if this was my cup of tea but now it’s a must listen to every single week as soon as it drops. Love listening to these guys.
I wouldn’t say I like podcasts. As a curious person who’s interested in Real Estate this show has made the exception.
Perfect combination of personalities here. Really like how conversational it is, and informative at the same time without having to try too hard. Great listen.
Pat has an impressive amount of experience and knowledge to share, but manages to do so in an entertaining and light-hearted way.
Episodes are incredibly easy to listen to and it's already earned a follow from me.
These guys are fun to listen to. I’ve learned a lot so far and I thought I knew a lot to begin with. True pros, hot takes, not boring.
