Absolutely love this podcast. Mable is an excellent host who interviews with curiosity and understanding of her guests and what they do. Highly recommend!
So many episodes of this podcast are worth the while. My favorite has been the one with Kim Jung. I loved how Mable Chan had such a natural interaction with Kim Jung when Kim talked about wanting to be a mother. That ability to nurture a serendipitous comment further brought the story to life and led to one of the concluding thoughts about our shared experiences as human beings.
Really interesting conversations with cool people from all walks of life in the Asian American spheres. Highly recommend if you want to become wiser, kinder, and more impactful!
As a first generation immigrant from mainland China, as a teacher. On in a Billion helped me and my students understand that we are not alone. Though those beautiful and powerful stories I was unable to relate and be proud of my background.
Looking forward for season 5!
