The OnStrategy Podcast is well-produced but leans too heavily on the idea of strategists as a standalone profession, which feels a bit disconnected from reality. Strategy isn’t an isolated job—it’s part of a bigger process, while planning is an actual profession. I find the episodes very useful in terms of getting a ‘peek behind the curtain’ of big campaigns, Fergus does a great job with interviews and I’ve found a lot of value form the guests that they are able to get on.
