I'm listening to the whole back catalog now. A great premise combined with terrific guests/interviews. Each episode brings back so many memories of on-call experiences I've had throughout the years. I've always found that you really learn the most from your mistakes and experiences, hearing these stories of other people's on-call experiences (and how they corrected / made things better / etc) is the next best thing.
As a college student at the University of Michigan in the mid 90’s I was enthralled with my computer science degree. I barely went out and really soaked up the knowledge my professors were so generous to share. As a professional nearly 30 years later, I’m still in love with being a sysadmin.
