I'm listening to the whole back catalog now. A great premise combined with terrific guests/interviews. Each episode brings back so many memories of on-call experiences I've had throughout the years. I've always found that you really learn the most from your mistakes and experiences, hearing these stories of other people's on-call experiences (and how they corrected / made things better / etc) is the next best thing.
