Unfortunately, the listening experience is diminished by the constant use of filler words, especially “like,” which becomes distracting and takes away from the message. At times, it feels more like listening to a teenage conversation than a polished podcast - specially delivered by a business professional. With some refinement in delivery, this could be a truly great listen.
