Ep 471 strayed way off topic. Talking about the Middle East not relevant to the NZ property market.
Each and every episode is packed with interesting information delivered in such an informative and easily digestible way. Darcy has a breadth of information and with a great mix of guests is able to get depth also. I won’t miss an episode and don’t think you should either.
Darcy has a knack for talking about personal finance in a refreshing way that isn’t just recycling the same tired talking points. He’s comfortable “looking behind the curtain” and challenging ideas that might not hold true in a new market. Would recommend 100%.
Very enjoyable Pod, great content. No topic to controversial. Keep it up
