I’ve been listening to this podcast for about a year. I find it to be informative and relatable to my journey. Listening has certainly helped me with my health/weigh loss goals. You can tell that Adrianne really cares about what she does, which is inspiring.
Adrienne provides life-changing practical advice. I love her willingness to share of herself—which makes this podcast even more meaningful and enjoyable. I’ve lost 25 pounds with Adrienne so far and I am very thankful.
