Awesome and accurate
This is an excellent podcast. The events are well chosen and described. I looked forward to every episode. Thank you for your outstanding research and production.
I’ve really enjoyed this podcast. I’ve been listening to it regularly along with his other podcast about the Byzantine empire. I’ve listened to them both multiple times and am constantly surprised how often I get a new fact that relates to my everyday life. We’ll be watching a travel show and they’ll mention an area or town and I’ll have some background on it from these two podcasts. Thanks Lars. Don’t know if your pronunciation is good or bad but you bring history to life in an enjoyable way!
I really like this podcast although it requires my full attention to follow, sometimes I lose track of who he is talking about when he is explaining situations where multiple people are doing things in the same story
