  • Needs improvement

This man is a great writer and a terrible interviewer. He ping pongs all over the place, asks inane questions not about the topic at hand, and generally I felt sorry for his guest.

  • Life change agent

I connected with Lon two years ago. Little did I know how this man, and his vision, would change my life. If you are in the fence about where your next chapter should take you, you are not alone. Tune in. Listen to these podcasts. Snag a copy of The Trade. Share with your spouse. Be open to the unknown. Listen to that feeling in your gut. Lon, thank you for putting this out there.

  • Normal 40: Refreshingly Authentic 👏

I came across Lon Stroschein's 'Normal 40 Podcast' & subsequently his book, 'The Trade'. Lon’s message is about discovering what you are capable of becoming within both professional & personal capacities. Lon approaches such topics in a 'curious, not critical' way that draws you in from the start & every subsequent ramble is both a comfort (that you are not alone) & a lantern (that empowerment is not as far away as you may believe). This podcast continues to be brilliantly authentic, uplifting &... more

  • Dude . . . Just Start Listening

When I discovered Lon’s content, I came with curiosity as I was contemplating a change. I had no idea that the Normal 40 movement was going to reflect back at me the exact challenges I was working through.

Questioning my professional career and a potential change, the fear associated with the unknown and the awkward conversation that was waiting to set it all off.

This community will give you whatever you need and take from it. But you have to take it.

Start by listening to the pod.
