An engrossing listen. Atmospheric and strikes the correct balance of information without straying into ghoulishness.
I binged this podcast on a long drive. Highly recommend. It’s a baffling story of deceit, betrayal, and heartbreak. I feel for the families who were affected by this man’s decision to prioritize money and convenience over the care of their loved ones’ bodies.
It is truly horrible what these families have experienced. At the same time as a Southerner I understand people have very strong emotions surrounding death and burial processes. I think the most important feelings are respect- respecting the person in death, honoring their memory and just respect for the vessel.
