臺灣高等法院 114 年度上訴字第 4814 號刑事判決書，主要記錄被告林Ｏ澤與黃Ｏ禹涉及詐欺及洗錢案件的上訴審理結果。原審法院曾認定兩人身為「車手」並判處有罪，但高等法院審理後認為，兩名被告均為在幣安（Binance）平台通過實名認證的個人幣商。
該判決指出，被告在交易前皆對客戶執行包含視訊與證件核對的KYC（確認客戶身分）措施，已盡到當時法律環境下合理的查證義務。
二審法院認定被告主觀上並無與詐騙集團共謀的犯罪意圖，亦無法預見交易款項為不法所得，因此撤銷原判決，改判兩人無罪。
