  • Interviewer/interrupter

Great guests on this show but the host constantly interrupts them mid thought to share his personal experience. I’m not sure if it’s just the women guests but I could hardly finish listening to the one episode. Hopefully this feedback lands and can help.

  • I believe this podcast will help save lives

Thank you for sharing your story Blake and bringing more light to this crisis. I don’t know how many suicides I have investigated in which someone would look at that persons life and think they had everything and there was no understanding of the depth of their pain or why they would leave the world that way. I pray that everyone that has hustled to the top only to find emptiness and despair finds your podcast. We are all enough and we are also all connected. 💗

  • No Magic Pill. Just the Mirror!

Love this Podcast from Blake Mycoskie—No Magic Pill feels like an honest look at what it means to be lost and the instinct to chase external markers for happiness or success. I spent 45 years trying to outrun my father’s path and ended up losing myself—turns out what you’re looking for isn’t out there, it’s already inside, and that’s enough.

I'm feeling stressed because I have a lot on my plate and I'm trying to prioritize what matters most.
The Unconscious Mind, Identity, and Finding Your Way Back with Paul Conti
Q: What role do modern tools like AI or psychedelics play in therapy?
They can enhance insight when used carefully and with proper guidance, helping reduce noise and reveal deeper patterns, but they are not substitutes for personal work and professional oversight.
The Unconscious Mind, Identity, and Finding Your Way Back with Paul Conti
Q: How does the unconscious mind influence daily choices and feelings?
The unconscious mind creates biases and drives from deep patterns; understanding these patterns allows us to guide ourselves toward healthier decisions and to realign with our true values.
The Unconscious Mind, Identity, and Finding Your Way Back with Paul Conti
Q: What do you think most people get wrong about therapy?
People often expect therapy to instantly fix things or to be the sole answer; a guiding framework and active engagement with self-understanding are needed for lasting change.
