Thank you for sharing your story Blake and bringing more light to this crisis. I don’t know how many suicides I have investigated in which someone would look at that persons life and think they had everything and there was no understanding of the depth of their pain or why they would leave the world that way. I pray that everyone that has hustled to the top only to find emptiness and despair finds your podcast. We are all enough and we are also all connected. 💗
Love this Podcast from Blake Mycoskie—No Magic Pill feels like an honest look at what it means to be lost and the instinct to chase external markers for happiness or success. I spent 45 years trying to outrun my father’s path and ended up losing myself—turns out what you’re looking for isn’t out there, it’s already inside, and that’s enough.
Sounds intense and real. And geared toward men which is rare in the mental health space. Following!
