No Bad Parts in English

Raja Babu

Introduction As a psychotherapist, I’ve worked with many people who came to me shortly after their lives had crashed. Everything was going great until the sudden heart attack, divorce, or death of a child. If not for that life-jarring event, they would never have thought to see a therapist, because they felt successful. After the event they can’t find the same drive or determination. Their former ... more

This is very obviously the Notebook LLM AI generated audio break down of the book. It's really a good book but this is trash.

I want to put out there that being deep is beautiful. How they talk about healing in the first couple of minutes really caught my attention. If you know anything about the family system (in human bodies) this is the book for you. I love the analogies and the overall us as beings, being connected to the earth. It challenges a belief system in which how we contribute effects us as individuals, to community.

The book that is being summarized is an important work that should be credited to the author, and the various streams of therapy practice before this author, who developed parts work.

As I was writing this review, my one star rating spontaneously changed to three stars without my input. Creepy.

Decent summary, but unsettling and opaque podcast ... more
