  • I’m curious…

I’m curious… Did I just hear correctly in one of the episodes that ICE supporters “matter”? That people who hold racist views (and, therefore, are racist people) “matter”? I find this world view to be profoundly disturbing and entirely destructive. There’s no room on our planet for this level of evil. This is terrifying!

  • My Happy Place

Tim’s pace is slow and gentle, which took me a bit to adjust to! Now as soon as I hear his voice, my whole body relaxes and I settle into a feeling of safety that I’ve come to expect and deeply appreciate. Thank you Tim for offering these moments to help us all feel more grounded in our lives.

SPECIAL EPISODE: Identity, Plurality, and the Inner Life — A Conversation with Skylar Lyralen Kaye
Q: How did Skylar first realize their inner world had distinct voices?
Skylar describes a gradual process beginning in childhood, recognizing multiple inner voices after reading Sibyl, then confirming with Trudy Chase's When Rabbit Howls and later experiences of switching and journaling, which led to a public acknowledgment of multiplicity.

Many clients are seeking community and connection, expressing a need to feel they belong and are beloved, despite their burdens.
SPECIAL EPISODE: The Path to Wholeness with Jason Shiers
Q: What do you think about feelings and the labels we put on them?

SPECIAL EPISODE: The Path to Wholeness with Jason Shiers
Q: Can you take us to rock bottom and kind of have that for people who are listening, who are at, like, where do I go from here?
Rock bottom is the heavy energy of hopelessness that motivates change, and it's essential that one realizes this state is not the only way to change; breakthroughs can come from various insights and life events.
