I’m curious… Did I just hear correctly in one of the episodes that ICE supporters “matter”? That people who hold racist views (and, therefore, are racist people) “matter”? I find this world view to be profoundly disturbing and entirely destructive. There’s no room on our planet for this level of evil. This is terrifying!
Tim’s pace is slow and gentle, which took me a bit to adjust to! Now as soon as I hear his voice, my whole body relaxes and I settle into a feeling of safety that I’ve come to expect and deeply appreciate. Thank you Tim for offering these moments to help us all feel more grounded in our lives.
This is really good stuff. IFS and somatic modalities mixed with deep and true spiritual truths
All wrapped up in a short and sweet meditation. Plus the meditation is high-quality, professional grade.
