Please fix the audio so that I can tolerate listening to your podcast. The intro music was the same level as other podcasts, but then I have to turn up the volume to hear the host. Then when the guest comes on their volume level is dynamic so sometimes I can’t hear them and sometimes it’s too loud. Maybe check out Freakonomics. They do a great job.

I really enjoyed this episode and got a lot out of it BUT the way they speak about salary is INCREDIBLY privileged. Being able to look beyond salary is a privilege many folks do. Not. Have. Especially right now!!!
