  • No way to comment on single episode

I just listened to episode #116 where Patricia encourages us to write a comment on the episode. However I don’t see a possibility in Apple Podcast app to comment on a single episode. There’s only this option to write a review about the entire series. (which by the way is connected to one of my other frustrations about the really really bad UI and UX of the Apple Podcast app. Something I did not expect from Apple)

  • Free us from wix and free Palestine

I just started listening to your podcast, and while is there is great information here the support for Wix is unacceptable, while there is an ongoing genocide of the Palestines peoples. You also speak of your child in an episode. I implore you to think of the thousands and thousands of children unalived by the hands of Zionists.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

#149 Designing AI Features: The 3-Step Framework Product Teams Need with Bansi Mehta
Q: What are the key roles you recommend having in the room when you start the first step of the framework?
The core group should include product, design, and engineering so that insights about data, models, feasibility, and user problems are discussed upfront. Having engineers early helps learn what has already been tried in POCs and prevents pursuing infeasible ideas.
#147 Why designers need to think like founders with Felix Haas
Q: What skills will define the best designers in the age of AI?
Curiosity and hands-on building remain crucial; designers should continually design and build, engage with real users, and develop a product mindset that blends design craft with practical engineering understanding.
#147 Why designers need to think like founders with Felix Haas
Q: Where are we in AI right now and what phase are we actually in?
We're still in the early days of experimentation, with AI evolving from simple text helpers to tools that can act as co-founders and help build products and even businesses; progress is rapid but the mindset and product thinking haven't caught up everywhere yet.
#145 From Pixels to Power: Why Designers Must Become Builders with Morten Rand-Hendriksen
Q: How should designers prepare for the future with the rise of AI?
Morten suggests that designers should not worry and instead see themselves as builders, focusing less on aesthetic design and more on how to utilize technology effectively to create value.
#145 From Pixels to Power: Why Designers Must Become Builders with Morten Rand-Hendriksen
Q: Could you explain what you mean by saying that technology is a choice?
Morten discusses how technology, often seen as inevitable, is actually a choice we make; we can choose to use or opt out of technologies and must consider the impact of those choices.
