Thank you 🙏 I do one of these every day and have a few favourites that I return to over and over. They are helping me so much in managing years of chronic illness.
Im so grateful I’ve found this podcast! Her meditations put me to sleep like a dream! Very relaxing voice, and wonderful variety of practices. Wishing for more!
I’ve being using Nids Nidra for about three months. I really enjoy the range of meditations and nidra sequences that she is constantly updating. Her yoga nidra sequences are a bit different to others with a deep focus inward. She has also shared yoga nidra of varying levels, to cater for more and less experienced practitioners, something I haven’t come across in other nidra teachers.
The audio quality and recording environment is very important to me for meditation. This is one of the best with a very soothing voice
Beautiful and highly effective Yoga Nidra guided meditations. Being about a higher awareness of my being, every time I do them.
