  • Great variety of meditations and nidra sequence

I’ve being using Nids Nidra for about three months. I really enjoy the range of meditations and nidra sequences that she is constantly updating. Her yoga nidra sequences are a bit different to others with a deep focus inward. She has also shared yoga nidra of varying levels, to cater for more and less experienced practitioners, something I haven’t come across in other nidra teachers.
