  • Bants, belters & bawbag….

I look forward to this podcast every week, not just to hear if I’ve won a belter/bawbag prize but also for the banter! A funny podcast that has a good balance between having a laugh and the tactical/statistical bits. Being quite new to NFL I have learnt/picked up quite a lot from listening.

Q: Has David Ajaabo made the right move going to a problematic Dolphins organization?
The panel suggests he needs a place where he can accrue starts and develop, with Miami offering a reset and reasonable opportunity due to turnover at other edge spots, making it a realistic chance for him to prove himself if he can stay healthy and earn more snaps.
Strasmash! Podcast - ep 354: Snow, Slips and Sam Darnold
Q: Does this performance finally reframe how we have to look at Sam Darnold as a player within the league?
Sam Darnold has proven himself to be an above average quarterback, suggesting he was not as bad as initially perceived during his time with the Jets.
Stramash! Podcast - Ep 343. Patreon picked talking points
Q: If you could relegate one franchise from the NFL, who would it be and why?
Based on sheer incompetence, the Jets are leading the way as they have consistently failed and have an owner bad for the franchise.
Stramash! Podcast - Ep 343. Patreon picked talking points
Q: How much has old Pete Cannell tarnished his legacy?
Cannell has had success with the Seahawks, and the current issues largely stem from the Raiders' poor roster rather than his legacy being tarnished.
Stramash! Podcast - Ep 343. Patreon picked talking points
Q: Should Joe Burrow be sidelined for the rest of the season?
Most athletes want to play, and if Burrow is physically able, he should play since the Bengals might still have a shot at the playoffs if they can sweep certain opponents.
