I really enjoyed listening to gut instinct /interoception episode for myself and for my adult clients, many of which are neurodivergent. Appreciate the mix of science, everyday language, being trauma informed and the sense of gentle hopefulness that things can improve. Looking forward to listening to more. Thanks so much!
