I want to like this show more, but between the ads and repetitive lead in, I spend as much time fast forwarding as I do listening. I enjoy when the host is a guest on other podcasts.

The Lie That You’re Not Attractive Anymore with Guest Sandra Lena Silverman on Leverage with Rebecca Zung #28
Q: What steps did you take to move from external fixes to inner work and self-love?
She describes starting with a life coach and a spiritual healer, then working with a relationship coach/therapist to heal childhood wounds, and finally shifting focus from external appearances to internal growth, which changed who she attracted and helped her feel whole.
Stop Pretending You're Fine with Guest Dr. Jody Carrington on Leverage with Rebecca Zung #25
Q: How can someone stay regulated in high-conflict conversations?
Focus on self-regulation first, use quick micro-rituals like dropping shoulders, jaw relaxation, and breathing; set the stage before the conversation by giving yourself a few seconds to reset; the goal is to keep your lid on so you can respond with empathy and guide the other person toward a more constructive exchange.
Change Your Energy, Change Your Life with Guest Panache Desai on Leverage with Rebecca Zung #21
Q: Do you think people have free will, or is life predetermined?
Panache suggests that what we perceive as free will may be illusory; life unfolds through experiences that we can accept and learn to love, rather than through deliberate, endless control.
Change Your Energy, Change Your Life with Guest Panache Desai on Leverage with Rebecca Zung #21
Q: Do you meditate?
Meditation, for Panache, is the resting awareness of breath and being present in the moment rather than forcing a technique; life itself becomes the meditation.
How To Tune In So You Can Turn On with Guest Stefanos Sifandos on Leverage with Rebecca Zung #14
Q: What is the most common emotional wound you see in high-achieving people?
Stefanos explains that the wound often centers on belongingness and self-worth; people may feel they don't belong within themselves or their group, leading to low self-esteem, compensatory behaviors, and a cycle of seeking pleasure to mitigate pain. He emphasizes understanding that these are patterns formed early in life and can be worked through with compassionate self-awareness and targeted practices.
