  • Life-changing Reaources

I’ve listened to almost all of Chris’s podcasts, and have gained so much insight into my life, my behaviors, and my anxious attachment.

I have bought both of his books and I’m currently reading Needing No More. The contents of this book has been invaluable and the precipitous to healing my anxious attachment. I’ve had the book for almost 3 weeks and have only gone through the first half of the book because there’s so much to be learned and gained.

Thank you, Chris for all your work !!

  • Great Podcast

One of the best podcasts I’ve heard. With his gentle voice and kind nature Chris normalizes being anxiously attached then goes on to explain the why behind it. He’s able to put words to feelings I have on ways I haven’t thought of before. I look forward each week to the next podcast. Thank you Chris!

  • Life Changing

This is the best podcast I have ever heard and Chris has changed my life. I didn’t know other people had the same issue I had and that there was a name for it. Knowing that and listening to Chris and reading his books has helped me more than therapy. Chris is such an amazing person and this rocks!!!
