  • Great sleep advice!

Such a great podcast that’s really helped me with my baby’s sleep. Would love to hear more about sleep for 10 to 12 month olds as I feel likes there’s not a lot of info out there for this age. Keep it up though ladies!!

  • 1 episode and already sleeping better!

Wow!! My 5.5 month old had dropped that last linking nap and we were having so many false starts and lots of wakings overnight! I follow sally on IG and couldn’t wait to listen to the podcast. One episode in and we’ve incorporated the linking nap back in and my baby didn’t have a false start and slept 5.5hrs for the first time! Life changing!!! Can’t wait for more tips and tricks xx
