I had already tried everything. Even according to Sally and Bec on their episode “things we’d tell you if we weren’t afraid to hurt your feelings”, I had even tried sleep training. But I lost confidence, travel happened, teething happened and we lost any progress that we’d made. Fast forward 2 months and I was at breaking point. Waking every 40-90 mins while co-sleeping. Crying for 2-3 hours some nights.
Then I listened to this podcast. It took a few weeks (only because I was taking my time to... more
This podcast has been super helpful with my babies sleep! For all questions I have I can almost always find an answer throughout the episodes. Thank you!!!
Such a great podcast that’s really helped me with my baby’s sleep. Would love to hear more about sleep for 10 to 12 month olds as I feel likes there’s not a lot of info out there for this age. Keep it up though ladies!!
This is the best podcast I have found on baby sleep so far. I have listened to every episode, some of them twice and sent it to numerous friends in the nap trapped trenches :) The advice is helpful, solid, experienced and kind. Thank you for helping me with sleep training my babe!
I can’t recommend Bec and Sally enough. I used Bec’s two week package last year and she saved us! Now this podcast is a perfect reminder of all the things we need to do, such as the small tweaks to combat early rising. This is a must subscribe for parents with kids of all ages!
