流亡藏人沒有國籍，一旦要跨國移動，出入境之間，所有我們平時輕鬆穿越的的國界，都化作牆。
現代國家秩序下，跨境移動是 「有國家的人」才能享有的特權。
「移動的自由」從不是平等的，它更像是一種資本，不僅指經濟，國籍身份同樣也是。
