I have a loved one with BPD. Listening to this podcast made me feel hopeless about them, because at times the host explicitly encourages the listener not to hold out any hope of the person with BPD changing or their symptoms improving. While I appreciate that the host was just sharing his own experience, I often felt that he was extremely stigmatizing of people with BPD.
The point of this review isn’t to discourage you from listening. I think the host is sharing a valuable perspective on how fr... more

If you have BPD you should c... more
