I agree with the other reviewer on here who stated how harmful this was for people with actual BPD. people with BPD do not lack empathy—-you’re talking about Narcissism and NPD, which are on the opposite side of this spectrum. I have friend who is diagnosed BPD, while I am on the spectrum, and I came here hoping to continue my healing and DBT skills. I was diagnosed with BPD 4 years ago and I struggle with it, however every day I try to be a better loving person for the few people I DEARLY love and care about.
