All the people who say “to much chitchat” are idiotic and it is a great podcast
This is unbearable.
Presented by two smug, full-of-themselves, disrespectful, unfunny people who are very entertained by themselves but are actually painful to listen to. The quality of the content is appalling and the presentation style is unbearable.
Worst thing I have ever listened to. Hard to believe the BBC allow this rubbish to be broadcast. I gave it one star because you aren't allowed to give none.
Love the mix of crime and lighthearted craic!
I love a bit of true crime, but MTW is a particular favourite - striking the perfect balance between telling the story alongside some giggles and light hearted banter. The perfect escape from reality to calm my busy mind! ❤️
I have listened now for awhile! I love that on bbc you get two episodes a week! The only podcast by celebrities that I religiously listen to!

A witty true-crime show where two hosts blend historical and contemporary cases with playful banter, pop culture tangents, and respectful storytelling. Episodes cover a wide range of crimes—from Victorian murders and Hollywood extortion to prison escapes and bank robberies—yet consistently pair meticulous detail with lighthearted riffs. The format likely appeals to listeners who enjoy well-researched crime narratives delivered with humor and personality, making dense history and grim topics approachable. A standout is the sustained chemistry between the hosts and their ability to balance serious investigation with entertaining banter, which may attract fans of both true crime and comedy.
