Generally I love the podcast, and to be honest understand alot of the hate for Nintendo. But it was truly hard to listen to the latest Nintendo direct episode. Were they serious, were they joking around? It was entirely too much and took alot away from the general fun of the episode(s). We get it, Nintendo is generally pretty greedy, but to spend an entire episode bashing games by way of sarcasm is simply not enjoyable.
I absolutely love the podcast but I am just really against generative ai and promoting generating sprites and 3d models just doesn't sit right with me at all.
Other than that I highly recommend this podcast and it's always a blast to listen to bit I'm just really tired of generative ai because it sucks the soul out of everything and hearing it in a podcast about videogames just really annoys me.
Tears of the kingdom is amazing. Please play it. I’m begging you. You’re my favorite podcast to listen to.
I can’t do any fancy poetry so I am just going to write an honest review. I have listened to 340 episodes and all you need to know is that this podcast is great and has inspired me to try new games and even start making my own. I love listening to what you guys love in video games and don’t so I know what I should or shouldn’t put in my game. I would love for you guys to do an episode where all previous hosts all come together and go down memory lane.
I love this podcast it is just great in every way Ace, Josh, and Ryan you guys are great keep up the great work thanks guys🙏

A lively, banter-rich gaming show led by three regular hosts who share loud opinions, personal anecdotes, and recommendations across a broad spectrum of titles—from indie to triple‑A. Episodes center on banter, game news, and roundtable deep dives into specific games or genres, often mixing practical takes with nostalgia and community shout-outs. A strong through-line is celebrating games through a personable lens, while cultivating a welcoming, discord-driven community that fans frequently mention as a standout perk. Occasionally, partner reads and live-show elements punctuate the episodes, but the core is candid discussion, playful disagreements, and a shared passion for gaming culture. It's probably most appealing to listeners who want h... more
