I just listened to the Potty Mastery podcast, and I am so glad that I did! My 3yo has a bit of a block around pooping on the potty, and I found myself so stressed out about it! Listening to this podcast I have realized that I have likely created this stressful atmosphere which has lead to this mental block, and I feel so empowered to move forward in a much better direction after listening. more
