Carleigh has the most practical advice that helps everyone- single or in a relationship. Not only has the advice from this podcast helped me better understand myself - I also am now dating someone that I feel confident about and is the healthiest relationship I’ve ever had based on advice I learned from listening to this podcast.
I love how down to earth this podcast is. It goes deep and Carleigh’s energy is fantastic! You always leave feeling better and you take away something you can use in your own life.
Not so interested in the personal life chit chat in the beginning but I know a lot of podcasts are like that. Wish they kept it a little different from their competitors podcasts feels like they are all the same.
It’s so nice to find a positive podcast where I genuinely feel good after listening. I love all the topics. I stopped listening to the NYC dating podcasts because they left me feeling more confused and frustrated. Everything on The Mostly Balanced podcast is relatable and I genuinely feel more confident because of the advice given.
I love to listen on long walks! I have learned so much from them and their great guests. Definitely worth the listen!!
