  • Great podcast!

I love how down to earth this podcast is. It goes deep and Carleigh’s energy is fantastic! You always leave feeling better and you take away something you can use in your own life.

  • Pretty good

Not so interested in the personal life chit chat in the beginning but I know a lot of podcasts are like that. Wish they kept it a little different from their competitors podcasts feels like they are all the same.

  • Favorite podcast now

It’s so nice to find a positive podcast where I genuinely feel good after listening. I love all the topics. I stopped listening to the NYC dating podcasts because they left me feeling more confused and frustrated. Everything on The Mostly Balanced podcast is relatable and I genuinely feel more confident because of the advice given.

Is It A Red Flag If You Can't Visualize Your Wedding Day With Them?
Q: Hi Carleigh, I've been with my boyfriend for almost three years. We live together... and he started getting really into health and fitness, which has shifted our routine. How would you approach this without sounding like I'm criticizing something that's clearly important to him?
Acknowledge and celebrate the positive while expressing your need for balance and shared time. I'd suggest a calm, non-accusatory conversation that validates his commitment to health but also prioritizes couple time and joint activities. Propose practical adjustments, like scheduling meals and activities you both enjoy, and exploring a shared hobby that complements his fitness goals.
Help, My Boyfriend Won't Stop Talking About Past Relationships
Q: How do you address something like that without making it into a big deal?
Address the issue directly yet gently, expressing how the tone and comments make you feel without escalating it.
Help, My Boyfriend Won't Stop Talking About Past Relationships
Q: Do you think this is something worth talking about?
Absolutely, having a conversation about money management and spending habits is crucial for long-term compatibility.
Help, My Boyfriend Won't Stop Talking About Past Relationships
Q: Is it insecure of me to tell him I don't want to hear those things?
No, it's not insecure to express your feelings about unwanted details regarding past relationships; it's important for healthy communication.
Question To Ask Before Trying Again With Your Ex
Q: How should someone approach dating if their family thinks it's too soon after a breakup?
They should trust their intuition and feelings; if they feel ready to date, they should pursue it, regardless of outside opinions.
