  • Inspiring and Informative

Thank you Katie for bringing God inspired spirituality into my messy everyday life exactly where it is needed! Not only do you encourage me to be a kinder, more patient and better person you also teach about our rich Catholic faith. I truly enjoy the stories about your family because you all model what it means to be a loving Catholic caring family in a real world that doesn’t always share the same values. You and your family are a true blessing! Merry Christmas! And keep sharing the faith as be... more

  • A breath of fresh air

Kind, fun, and informative, Katie McGrady’s show is a delight - upbeat without being saccharine. Whilst I come from different Christian denomination, she is a joy to listen to as she is both confident in her beliefs and speaks about those who hold counter views with respect, grace and kindness. Katie is an excellent communicator of the Christian faith and her joy and her love for Jesus is infectious. Well worth a listen!

A New Podcast from the Vatican
Q: Tell me kind of the 10,000 foot view, because this is a unique show, a unique podcast, and I'm really happy CNS is in the space now. How did it come to life?
Robert explains that the show emerged from his experience driving around Rome, noticing a lack of long-form spiritual and philosophical discussions within church media, and his aim to create something similar for Catholics that engages audiences across platforms.
Her Daughter Wanted to go to a Catholic Mass
Q: How do you see this conversion changing your family's mission and daily life going forward?
Laura explains that focusing on Jesus unites the family, deepens reverence, and shifts attention away from self toward service and shared spiritual growth, making the family feel like a broader Catholic family.
Her Daughter Wanted to go to a Catholic Mass
Q: What stood out most in the RCIA journey and what would you tell someone considering Catholicism today?
Laura highlights the formation process, the sense of community, and the nourishment from resources like OCIA, Formed, and catechetical guidance, along with the idea that Catholicism offers a true inheritance in Jesus's Church.
Her Daughter Wanted to go to a Catholic Mass
Q: You mentioned baptism and being raised in different churches; how did baptism play into your decision and what was the experience like for your family?
The family discusses baptism as a turning point, including baptism by desire, infant baptism concepts, and how becoming Catholic reoriented their family into God's family through the sacrament.
Her Daughter Wanted to go to a Catholic Mass
Q: What was the initial entry point or curiosity that began your family's interest in Catholicism?
Laura explains that her family's curiosity grew from observing differences in church culture and a growing sense that Catholicism offered stability and depth; the process culminated in attending RCIA together and embracing the Eucharist.
