  • I’m so glad I found this pod!

As a new mum wanting to parent intentionally, so many of the topics that Kat and April (and now just Kat) cover in the episodes really resonate with me. I’ve especially loved the episodes on pregnancy spacing and BLE and find their conversations honest and raw which is what mothers need - the truth. Thank you ladies for your amazing pod, keep the episodes coming!

  • Love but…

I love this podcast and the guests that they have on the show. However I do not love the part of the intro that mentions not needing evidence to prove what they are speaking about. I love the topics they cover but it really takes away their credibility when they say things like what is in their intro. To some, it may seem that it makes them no better than the other side of the arguments they are presenting. And the irony is that they do provide evidence and reputable guests, so im just not sure ... more

  • So enjoyable!

I love listening to April & Kat's conversations.. there is so much valuable information in each episode. It feels like I'm listening to a conversation between friends at my dream girls night (I wish all my friends were as aligned with my inner knowings as these two women are but I'm a little radical for most) so this podcast is a breath of fresh air. Thank you for putting this content out into the world!
