    This podcast is such a great way to look at life and eating. I am learning so many tools to help me in my journey. I am on a 10 year journey of trying to change my mindset and eat better for life not for a month/6 months diet plan. I have yet to lose weight but keep adding tools to my tool box to slow the weight gain down and this podcast provides me so many new tools! Thank you Courtney Grey

    I’ve been blessed to know Courtney for years but life and geography get in the way of me getting to experience her often enough.
