Insightful, clear language, well presented. Just a great podcast about Aikido.
I especially like the standpoint of the author, that training in randori, I.e. not scripted kata is effective at training to apply Aikido in real situations.
As an Aikido apprentice the topic on the podcast is outstanding and professionally well developed in my opinion. It’s worth listening because it provides information that provokes awareness of fact that can affect both the student or instructor relationships in a Dojo.
