The mitochondria are not just the powerhouse of the cell; they are the engines that run our entire body. If we can remove the obstructions to energy production (calcification, lipofuscin and fibrosis) everything works better, we experience mental clarity and emotional resilience.

  • Audio is not great

I picked one episode to start, the one with Gwyneth Birmingham, and aside from feeling like I needed some kind of prerequisite to know what they were talking about half the time (I’m not new to the alt health world at all) the audio on the hosts side wasn’t great. It was choppy a lot of times and sounded like it was cutting in and out which just made it pretty annoying to listen to. This was my first time listening and will be my last. I wasn’t impressed with the guest either, sorry.

  • Thanks for Your Truth

Just listened to your podcast about the RCP and why you have changed your mind. So appreciate you bringing us the truth and what you know at the moment, as, with time, research, technology, etc. things can change. Was hoping to find a search function on previous podcasts as I take vitamin D for osteoporosis but don’t know if there is something else more effective.

Both guests complimented one another beautifully and articulated the ideas of relatively complex conditions in understandable ways.

It’s obvious all three of you care deeply about humanity’s collective health and empowering listeners to help themselves and their loved ones feel and live better despite our modern day challenges.

Thank you Matt, for helping give each of these brilliant women an a... more
