  • This is an excellent channel

All the bad reviews here are coming from people who are still hung up on their bias and brainwash. For the person who said Matt doesn’t take into consideration “different genetics”: Matt doesn’t need to pay attention to “different genetics”; his CLF protocol is not a “one size fits all” when it is the appropriate solution for our DNA and mitochondria because it works for our DNA regardless of who you are. • The best

It’s been a long Monday and I’m sitting here finishing up my work day. I had just finished a terrible podcast episode from Crime Junkie and decided to switch over to Mitolife Radio. Instantly, I felt relief as Matt’s calming guitar intro played. 😂 I know it’s so silly but wow, even Matt’s voice is just enjoyable to listen to. So glad to be here, listening and learning.
