The mitochondria are not just the powerhouse of the cell; they are the engines that run our entire body. If we can remove the obstructions to energy production (calcification, lipofuscin and fibrosis) everything works better, we experience mental clarity and emotional resilience.

Loved the recent episode from August 2025, “The Link Between Alpha Gal Syndrome and Glyphosate!”

This interview could have been an hour shorter if Brian wasn’t saying ‘you know’ every 5 seconds!! Painful listening.
I love this podcast. I highly recommend it. The host always gets unique and informative guests. I might not agree 100% with the subject matter or people, however I love learn new things and getting different points of view. Thanks Matt & Mitolife team.
Definitely not enough Melatonin, too low a dose after experimenting w lower doses first, can be a stumbling block to benefiting from this supplement. In terms of Hydrogen Therapy, I have an AquaCure50 Brown Gas Machine (George Wiseman) and have only benefited from its use. Been 1 1/2 years. I did enjoy the interview w Matteo Johnson and going to try his Hydrogen tablets.
