Love this interview Matt! Great talk with Karen Hurd. I learned alot and plan on adding beans back into my diet. Overall it’s worth listening to but if you are not educated in health you may not realize how many assumptions are being made. For instance he said that he took magnesium and got diarrhea because magnesium metabolizes zinc. And a lack of zinc causes diarrhea. Actually magnesium gives you diarrhea because it isn’t well absorbed so your body flushes t what it can’t absorb by diluting it with water.
