    Love this interview Matt! Great talk with Karen Hurd. I learned alot and plan on adding beans back into my diet. I agree with many of her points and question a few but that’s why I appreciate you and your show SO MUCH. Now I have another perspective to look into and that’s always a good thing! Always learning, and always questioning!

    Overall it’s worth listening to but if you are not educated in health you may not realize how many assumptions are being made. For instance he said that he took magnesium and got diarrhea because magnesium metabolizes zinc. And a lack of zinc causes diarrhea. Actually magnesium gives you diarrhea because it isn’t well absorbed so your body flushes t what it can’t absorb by diluting it with water. He talks about people with white hair as being copper different because they take too much zinc. And... more

  • Seems sketchy

    This podcast feels like it’s all about Matt asking questions to help himself. I’m disappointed that he bashes people that he used to agree with. I also don’t care for his interview style.
